Not sure where to put this, but everyone always complains about customer service, and I just got some super awesome CS from Jawbone.

DH got me an UP24 for Christmas. It's a fitness tracker that goes around your wrist. I had one before, but I accidentally dunked it in water (forgot I was wearing it and went into a pool) and totally zapped it. 6 months goes by, and I went to go charge it, and something came off of the charging port. It clearly was important b/c the cap to the port no longer would stay on.

I called Jawbone customer service, and they initially thought it was the cap. So they overnighted me a free replacement. Still didn't fit, so when I called them back, they diagnosed the problem with the band. Their policy is to ship out a new band - same model. Turns out that they are out of stock of the UP24, but their new band, the UP2 was just released. So they're sending me a brand new, upgraded band with a shipping envelope and label to send my defective band back to them. Love it...that's some seriously awesome customer service!
