The first time I used my weather shield for my BOB revolution, the elastic to hook it onto the side of my stroller pulled right out.

I finally got around to calling about it Thursday last week after breaking it in like February (to see if there was anything I could do to fix it beyond using a bungee cord!) and the woman I spoke with asked me to send a photo (along with mailing info, serial # of stroller, etc). The next day I received a shipping confirmation, and today I received a brand new weather shield for free. The process was straightforward and she definitely didn't make me feel like I had to justify what happened to it.

I'm in Canada, so that is fantastic turnaround (was shipped from South Carolina!) and so I wanted to pass on the good experience!

I think customer service counts for a lot with purchases (especially big ones) so started a thread to see if anyone else wanted to share who/where they were pleased with the customer service following purchase
