Is it worth it to go to Great Wolf Lodge with a 10 month old baby in tow? We have 2 other kids that will need to be watched so I'd like to at least be able to hang out near them. Doable or not worth it?

I'm wondering the same! If your other kids are pretty decent swimmers (can wear a puddle jumper and don't need to be held), and there's another adult besides you, I'd think it would be manageable but tiring. I took DD1 (almost 5) to a pool party recently - I wore the baby and did not get In the water and it was way easier than expected. If DH & DD2 had been with me, I could have gone in the water with the baby or handed off with big girls/stays no out with the baby.

How many adults are going? How old are the 2 other kids? We went when my twins turned 4 and my daughter was 1 1/2 and it was rough. My twins are very active. I'm holding our daughter and my husband was helping one son put his vest on while the other one was done and took off up into that big fort. We quickly tried to catch up with him but there were so many kids and we couldn't find him. After a few minutes we had to alert the life guards. It took ato least another five minutes before we found him calmly floating along in a tube in the lazy river! We then stayed in the wave pool hot tub area until my sister in law joined us later so then we were one on one which was much better.

Sorry, have to ask a question, because I would love to take my kid to GWL...kids are ok to wear puddle jumpers?

@looch: I think so. I'm pretty sure the website says it's ok - at least I think they mentioned vests which is what we have.
@threeplusme: That sounds super scary! I took my older two to a big splash pad with different areas last year and they were running different directions the entire time and I just about lost my mind. I'm hoping this year they will listen better so my husband can mostly stay with them but hearing your experience makes me question it. They are 3 and almost 5 when we'll go.

@looch: yes they provide them there too! They have puddle jumpers and standard life vests.

We just went with our 3 kids, youngest being 15 months.
I'd say for the price, it's worth it. I saw Groupon deals but for us, booking directly was actually cheaper and we got $50 resort credit.
We only stayed 1 night since it is local to us and you are able to go to the water park before you get your room and leave at night when the water park closes the day you check out, (you just store your stuff in your car after checkout, utilize their restrooms/changing rooms).
They have LOTS of life vests and puddle jumpers available to use throughout. Knowing this, I didn't bring any of our own.
My kids all loved it! My youngest wore an infant life jacket and we mostly just held him in the toddler area, wave pool, lazy river (he can walk though). Obviously he didn't do any crazy slides but between my husband and I, it wasn't too hard watching all the kids closely. My older two are age 3 and 4 so not great swimmers. I felt the lifeguards did a good job making sure they were supervised (they don't let kids down the bigger slides until they see a grown up is on the other end, closeby). My kids also loooved the arcade, just walking around playing random games.
Also I did see some moms wear their infants while in the water (standing up so it didn't actually get wet) while they kind of splashed around with their older kids in the toddler zone (water is only like 2 ft deep, mini slides, fountains, etc).

We went at that age and it was really fun! There were low sprinklers that she could crawl up to and she thought it was awesome
