I cant watch the video, I did see this on the beef products inc and they are trying to justify their use of Ammonia hydroxide in beef products by saying it occurs naturally in many other foods. Dont know how true though?

Ewwww. I knew there was a reason why I didn't eat McD's hamburgers.
@Mrsbells: I bet it is true that ammonium hydroxide is found in lots of food. Just because it's natural doesn't mean you should have more of it. The question I have is why add it? They say it's to kill bacteria. I say, make sure the food is cooked! That kills bacteria too.
