My bedroom is my happy place. No guests stay there because I need that sanctuary.
I agree with @T.H.O.U.: You guys should go to a hotel if none of your famiy will!

@Mrs. Lemon-Lime: I did make sure that all the naughty things were tucked away in the bottom drawer of the bedside table. I figure if someone goes snooping it's their own fault for finding anything they don't want to see. I'm married and have a baby, so I assume people know we're having sex.

My mom is coming out to stay with us next week. We will have her stay in our room.
Our guest room is in our basement, and during the winter, it's pretty chilly. I don't mind her staying there if my step-dad is with her, but when she's alone, I think our room is a nicer, more comfortable option.
I wouldn't offer it to anyone else, and for my mom, it isn't weird at all.
