I'm not very good with hair. I used to go to a stylist for the past 20+ years. She recently retired and I have NO IDEA where to go and who to talk to. My old stylist used to just cut my hair intuitively. I never gave her any preferences other than "low maintenance" and perhaps "layered without bangs". I never colour my hair, I am not adventurous.

I'll be seeking a new hair stylist, but I have no idea what to say or what to ask for. I don't even know where to start browsing for examples of celeb hair that I like (because, let's face it, I have no idea what looks good on me).

I am petite, with an oval face. Bangs and short hair NEVER looked good on me. Can you ladies recommend some images of hair that fits my below criteria?

- low maintenence (I wash, dry and go. I never use products)
- I have straight, thin hair, so the style needs to be able to be long enough to be curled/wavy (without looking like a bob)
- no bangs, no short. I'm looking for medium to long styles.
- not too trendy
