I am going to be using a hand-me-down Moby for the first few months but have my eye on a few SSC. Personally, I am interested in the Ergo, Boba, Tula and Lillebaby.
What's your favorite?

I have an Ergo. I like it a lot, but may look into a different one for hypothetical kid #2.

I really loved my Beco gemini for over a year. But now I'm considering getting something a little bigger since I still wear her a lot at 18 months. But I do love the beco!

I've had an Ergo and have a Beco Gemini. I like the Beco because they can face forward (I know, I know.... hip issues blah blah blah) and you don't need the infant insert. Plus, it does all the different carries (back, side etc) as the Ergo.
SSC are so much more convenient than wraps, but I so prefer my wrap when I haven't used it in awhile

I love the Kinderpack, but for some reason it is not popular on HB (maybe because it is bulky?). So far, I have used ours from 6 months-ish to now at 33months in total comfort. Just carried her today and I hardly notice the weight.

@lizzywiz: I'm guessing it's because they are really hard to get? I met someone recently with her toddler in one. But just a super quick google search seems like it's a process to buy one.

We have a lillebaby and love it! We got the all seasons one so hopefully it stays a little cooler in the summer.

@Foodnerd81: oh wow, I just googled too and when I ordered two years ago there was a ton of in-stock so I just ordered and got it in 10 days- now it looks like there's a long wait list!

@Bubbles: @Beth24: I am glad to hear some Bees have the Lillebaby and love it. I really like this one. I wonder, how important is it to get the all seasons one?

That one is cute! We just have a black one as its mainly DH who wears it We don't have the all seasons one, just the standard one and find that it doesn't get too hot - but we're in the UK so our climate is fairly mild.

Tula. The only comparison I have is the Ergo, which didn't fit me right at 5'1"!

Love that pattern! I went with a solid color since my DH uses it a lot. I'm not sure how much of a difference it makes having the all seasons one, just figured it would make dd a little more comfy on warm days.

@Beth24: @Bubbles: I tried to convince DH that they were bow ties and not bows...yeah, didn't work. There are other prints he doesn't mind. We do live in a very warm area, so the all seasons one is probably worth looking into.
