I'm on maternity leave so not feeling the slump
DH and I tackled the Christmas stuff today as DS who got his shots yesterday is taking a an epic nap sleeping since 7 a.m.

Definitely feeling the slump. Being back at work is no fun....and knowing I'm going to be out on maternity leave soon is NOT giving me any motivation!

@ValentineMommy: I have no interest to do anything at work. I go on maternity leave in a week or two, will be 40 weeks on the 16th. It is even worse, since I just started a new job and they really don't have work for me because I go out on maternity so soon. They will be deciding which of three actual jobs I will be doing while I am out.

I'm so happy to be back at work! And DD is so happy to be back in daycare! I guess we don't do unstructured time very well...
Work is still slow though. Some people are still on holidays and projects haven't really kicked off yet.
I'm feeling pretty vindicated today. A colleague who totally flaunts the work from home/sick day "policy" got a major talking to today. It's been making me crazy for months that this person has this uber flexible work schedule and seems to just show up when it's convenient.

I'm posting tonight too! I'm happy but so frazzled back at work and 1st birthday this weekend. My in laws arrive tomorrow and our house cleaner has been away for a month and ahhhhh! I had register DS1 for pre-k today and finish paperwork for my own program I'm starting... I just feel pulled in a hundred directions!
