Please tell me I'm not the only one who has a hard time taking fish oil?!?! I'm a vegetarian, so my 'fish oil' is actually derived from algea (but that's what fish eat to smell fishy, so it all tastes the same). My daily prenatal & DHA/EPA (the fishy ones) are both vegan, so I figured they'd be okay. I find myself gagging & almost throwing up every time I take the stupid 'fish oil'. My friend told me her midwife suggests taking 3 at a time during pregnancy. I know I'm a prime candidate for morning sickness, so I am terrified of these pills! Is there anything you did to keep that taste from making you gag?
