My Britax B-Ready was broken by an airline. I didn't get to talk to them about when we landed because, well frankly we had been dealing with two kids, a broken stroller, and all that luggage and I was exhausted.

But, I looked on the Britax website and apparently all the strollers and stuff have a two year warranty. Has anyone every contacted them about it?
Or, even better, had a wheel snap off a stroller and it was easy to fix?!
