Has anyone ever had a dream or premonition that you were pregnant? If they did, did you later get a BFP??
My husband has a colleague (who I have never met) who recently had a dream that I was pregnant....with twins!! I'm due to POAS on December 21st, and this is our 6th cycle TTC. I'm hoping there's something to it, although the idea of twins is a little daunting!

My mom has a dream about open water that she gets whenever anyone in the family is pregnant. So when I told her recently we were expecting, she goes "oh ya, I had my water dream and you were in it. Saw that coming"

I think talking about and thinking about things can make you dream about it. I recently spoke to my brother about his wife who is pregnant and that night I dreamed I was. I am NOT. Haha.

My BFF had a dream I was pregnant, and a few days later I found out I was!!
I've had dreams I was pregnant 2/3 times just before I found out I was pregnant!

My friend had a dream that I was pregnant with twins around the time we started TTC (she didn't know). Unfortunately we are still trying 10 months later!

I had a dream that I was pregnant around the time that I conceived. Weird as we were NTNP, but planning to TTC in about 3-4 months. We were ready but hoping to get in a last scuba diving trip before getting pregnant. The dream just convinced me even more that we were ready, so it's good that we ended up getting pregnant so fast (even if we didn't get to go diving).

I have. I've also has dreams of getting a BFP. But so far no BFP yet. I think it's because I think about it so much!

I've "felt" my friends were pregnant several times. Not sure it was a dream. I believe I had a dream about my own birth before I conceived. We had a home birth, and everything from the dream ended up lining up.
A dear friend of mine sent me a text the morning of my BFP: "I just woke up from a dream where you and J had a baby! A beautiful baby girl!" ... The friend lives 2,200 miles away, and didn't know we were struggling to get pregnant. We ended up being pregnant, and we had a girl.
I think these things can be coincidence, but I choose to believe them. Plus, I'm into all of that "woo woo" type stuff.

We were not TTC, my period was a few days late (but it ranged anywhere from 1 to 5 days late so still normal) but I kept dreaming I was pregnant. I was! They were the most vivid dreams I've ever had.

My MIL did about two months before our BFP. She also knew when my husband called to tell her we miscarried he was calling with bad news.

I want to believe that sometimes others can have some sort of "feeling" or premonition about new humans coming into the world-- like there is an otherwordly connection somewhere in the universe or something.
And, for what it's worth, this same colleague of my husband's had a dream that I was pregnant a few months ago, and I had a chemical pregnancy right around the same time.
The weirdest part of all of it, is he doesn't even know me!! I've never met him! So, maybe I should be more worried that this random person is having all of these pregnancy dreams about me?? Haha!

A church friend just told me last week that she had a dream I was pregnant... right after DH and I had a condom failure, which the friend obviously did not know about! Not really feeling ready for #2 yet but time will tell, I suppose.

My husband's colleague had a dream too. She didn't know we were ttc. I worked next door and she and the other people kept telling me I really needed to poas. I already knew I was pregnant so as soon as we heard a heartbeat at 8 weeks we told them.
One girl who worked on my floor I knew she was pregnant right away, she really looked glowing, I didn't know her that well but for some reason I could just see a change in her before she was showing. I think my face rounded out really quickly so I donno maybe some peoples face just show.

With #1 a coworker had a dream I was pregnant at 5 weeks. With #2 the same coworker had a dream I was pregnant while we were TTC. I was excited but I didn't get my BFP until the next month.

I dream that my older sister is pregnant all the time! She already has 3 and is definitely done, so she considers it a nightmare! I used to dream I was pregnant while TTC... Good luck!

Two days before I got my positive OPK, I got a text from a friend saying she had a dream that I had announced my pregnancy. Well it ended up being the cycle that we conceived and I am now 8 weeks pregnant. We are waiting until 12 weeks to tell friends and extended family but I am excited to tell her that her premonition was right on!

With my first pregnancy, a coworker had a dream that I was pregnant the night before I was going to tell her. She also had a dream the day before I put in my 2 weeks that I was leaving so I kept telling her to dream that I was going to win the lottery!
With this one, I called my friend on day and she said she had this premonition that I was going to call to tell her I was pregnant. I was just calling to confirm what time we were meeting up that weekend. But I was going to POAS that weekend and it was positive so. . . .

Oh god, I had a nightmare I was pregnant the other night. In the dream, I didn't realize I was pregnant until I started to feel the baby kick. DS is only 6 months old, but I woke up in a cold sweat and am taking it as a sign we aren't ready for #2 yet!

One of my best high school girlfriends knew I was pregnant before anyone else because she called me to ask after having a dream so vivid, she couldn't actually figure out if it had happened or not. Basically, I called her in her dream and told her I was pregnant. I had tested positive about 3 weeks before and no one else knew at all.
We actually hadn't spoken in about 6 months, and she lives 1000 miles from me, so we don't run across the same people at all anymore. I told he that we were pregnant because it was freaky.
And then she called me the week before our anatomy scan to tell us it would be a boy. I guess she had another very vivid dream of our ultrasound.
My step father also dreamed it was a boy, and as far as I know, they were the only people to have dreams about our future baby and both were right.

My grandma had a dream a month prior to us getting our bfp! Another aunt had a dream that it was a boy! They were both right!

@MrsDoo: ha! Before I had my first daughter my then coworker told me she had a dream I was pregnant. I had already gotten my bfp but hadn't shared yet!

Yep. The first time it was my boss, and the second time it was a different coworker. Apparently when my boss has the dream, she is never wrong.
