My local Fit4Mom group is holding an 8 week Body Back session and I am thinking of joining. I need motivation to work out and I think I would enjoy it. I felt really good after the trial class. It's a big commitment though, there's a food component and my diet is not great. Wondering if any other moms have tried it?
  However, I did really like it.  I'm more motivated by having a class to go to rather than doing things on my own.  I did meet some other moms in the area so that was great too.
