Besides that fun fact, I loved the movie and I'm not usually a huge Nicholas Sparks fan. The book was better though. Not sure if its because it was set/filmed here or what, but it's definitely one I could watch over and over. But yes, it's very sad! I cried like a baby.

@chopsuey: A couple times! My sister and some of my friends were extras. A lot of people met Josh Duhamel and Julianne Hough. It was a pretty big deal last summer when they were filming.
