In a brand they've always worn, that is. I thought he outgrew 0-3 a while back so I accidentally grabbed an old sleeper and was surprised to find that it was huge on him. So then I dug up a 0-3 onesie and realized that it was also loose, and the 0-3 pants that I set aside weeks ago because they were too tight in the waist now fit fine with some room. What the heck? Does this happen?

Never happened with either of mine. Both went up until they crawled, then the pace slowed but they never could wear small things again. Has baby lost weight?

@spaniellove: could he have gotten longer- so not lost weight but stretched out the weight that's there? Have you weighed him? I have had things for differently but c is kind of short so usually outgrows things width wise first.

@Maysprout: @Foodnerd81: In the past month both his weight gain and growth have slowed way down so he's a little longer and leaner. I didn't realize until he was wearing the smaller onesie that I've been dressing him in majorly baggy clothes!

@spaniellove: hope everything's alright. Is he getting teeth in? Getting mobile? Or has he started eating less?

This sort if happened to us. One week a onesie and pants looked tight and the following week they fit. I think she grew and stretched out. If you are worried about weight you can call for a weight check. I did this all the time the first few months
