R did tonight. I stood up to get the Qtips and she stood, which she never does, esp when the water is running. As I was grabbing her to sit her down, she slipped and fell. She hit the back of her head. 
She was ok a minute later, laughing and playing. But I feel like crap!!!

aww!! O slid once and scared the heck out of herself (I caught her). she is constantly dunking her face in the water though. she inhaled once and scared herself.

Yup, he slipped and hit his forehead on the side once. He went through a phase where he only wanted to stand in the tub so I just always kept on hand on him! Glad that phase is over, lol.

One bad time where he bit his tongue hard enough to draw blood, and one or two other times when his head just went under (like, a week or two ago). He was more pissed off then anything

This actually happens to us pretty regularly because DD refuses to sit.the.f.down in the tub. She has never hurt herself, though - just slips into seated position and scares herself.

awww.. yeah, the kids have slipped in the tub a few times each.

@Smurfette: You're looking at this all wrong . . . it should be percentage-based . . . which means based on the amount of (solo!) baths given, your percentage is probably somewhere in the 'hood of 0.05%, yo.
But seriously, I am sorry mama! My LO hasn't fallen in the tub, but she fell just outside the tub while she was playing just before we got in. She semi face planted . . . and yeah, I felt like a total noob because of it!

No LO yet but my husband slipped and fell getting into the shower the other day. He was embarrassed but okay. Lol
My pregnant self came thumping down the hall when I heard it happen and he felt bad that he made me run!
