My kid is typically so good about keeping things neat and tidy. Today she was playing well by herself in the loft at her play table. She was cutting paper and coloring on the paper. I walked out there at one point because I heard a weird noise. She was coloring the bottom of the drawer of the table blue. 
I was not thrilled. I made her stand and watch me clean it up.
Has your child ever intentionally colored on something that shouldn't have crayon/ink/pencil/paint on it?

Yes - and she finds my reaction really funny. If she gets hold of a pen, she takes off with it squealing "I'm going to draw on the wall". If I don't chase her to get the pen back, she runs back and waves it in my face. Needless to say, she only gets crayons when she is strapped into a high chair!

Yes - she colored on the kitchen tile with purple crayon this week. It won't come out of the grout.

Yep - he's colored in books and also the coffee table. I was pretty annoyed.

yeah, once we were finger painting (well really, she was finger painting and I was just sitting at the table with her watching) and she hadn't once attempted to paint anything but the paper--so when the baby cried, I went into the room to get her and give her a diaper change.
Of course, when I came out, there were fingerpaint prints all over the wall and curtains behind the table. Thankfully, it's all Crayola washable paint and it came right out.
I couldn't even be mad at LO--she was only a bit over 2 at the time and I knew it was my mistake. Like, what was I thinking, leaving a 2 year old with fingerpaint while I'm in another room for a full 5-7 minutes. Dumb on my part.

Yes, she colored on the wall a few weeks ago. I put her in time out then when she came out I made her help me clean it up.
She's 3.5 and knows better!

We keep crayons on this plastic Ikea table in her room because she likes to draw multiple times each day, and she knows she's only supposed to draw on the paper but will give me this mischevious look and then scribble on the table next to or under the paper, and then laughs maniacally when I say "we only draw on the paper." Ooooooh boundary testing, how I loathe thee, lol! Thank goodness we went for the cheap plastic table rather than the prettier PBK wooden one I had my eye on!

Yes, her bed/wall in her room with a marker...LUCKILY it was a dry erase marker!

She drew all over her dolls faces 
when I asked her why, she said it was makeup. I was annoyed but my husband thought she was being creative :T

LO is usually really good about staying on paper only, but within that paper "theme" she has colored in a couple of my husband's books and last semester we caught her coloring on a bunch of his students' term papers lol

Um. The day my MIL was due to arrive to help out after DD2 was born, DD1 ran down the hallway with a fistfull of crayons. When I tried to wipe them off the walk, the cheap pain in our awful apartment came right off the wall.

Yes. We have leather dining chairs and the back of EVERY SINGLE ONE of them is scribbled on with black ball point pen.

She has only done it a couple times because we talk constantly about how we only colour on paper. Yesterday for some reason when we got home from running errands she grabbed a marker and started colouring on the cupboards. I have no idea why she did it and I could tell that she immediately felt bad and kept repeating "sorry mommy!" It is an automatic timeout in our house though!

He colored in pencil on baby sister's crib. In all fairness, though, I'd never really told him NOT to color on walls/furniture before, so... though I yelled at him initially, I apologized and then explained that we don't color on furniture or walls. He hasn't done it since.

Yup, the wall. Sometimes I have to remind her which irritates me because she's three and knows better!
