I am at the nail salon getting a pedicure right now, and there is a guy here getting a pedicure with his wife. My DH refuses to get a pedicure. I have asked him several times and he says no! He has really ticklish feet so that's why I think he's so against it. Has your DH ever gotten a pedicure with you?

I will sometimes have them clip my toenails. No thanks to any spa wraps or polish though!!

Pedi and Mani to prepare for wedding pictures. I don't think I'd ever be able to talk him into it again although he did enjoy the pampering he is too manly to ever say so.

@mrbee: I agree that polish would be weird, but the leg/foot massage feels sooo good!

Once, right before our wedding! He's all for going back soon--I'm the one that's kind of against it (I don't love it, I'm a total control freak and get kinda grossed out...)!

He did for my birthday right after we moved to a new state since I didn't have anyone else to go with. He was so nervous but we literally got there and there was a football player from the university who had just finished his pedicure. He didn't get any polish but they did the whole paraffin dip etc and he loved it!

We did a spa day for our babymoon this time around and we got massages, facials, and pedicures! Wagon Sr. is a good sport, but strangely enough the part he felt the weirdest about was the massage! He liked the pedicure but would probably not do one again, purely based on cost
He liked that they cleaned up his toes so well and he didn't have to clip them for a while himself. He hates clipping nails!

I really want my DH to come with me some time! He says he has to keep his calluses though for all his "man work"

Never! I could barely get him to stop picking at his fingers before the wedding. His fingers look awful!

Yes. DH loves to go. He gets pedi's that are specifically for men and they do some different things to him then me. My DH works in manufacturing, managing engineers, and is 350lbs, 6'4", with a size 15 foot! You should see the reaction he gets when we walk in lol.
I just told him how many people said no on this post and he said, "Really? I could use one right now"
