The LO has been so happy lately. I want to say to her "What are you on? And gimme some of your happy pills ". How has your LO been recently?

She's been pretty grumpy. I'm thinking its a combo of bad napping and teething.

Olive has become so much more fun in just the past two weeks. She's babbling, laughing, shrieking, and generally much more interactive. She's also been sleeping pretty well.
The better Charlie talks the worse his sleep gets. He has been very naughty! Last night he kept saying, "Mommy I farted, change my diaper!" as an excuse not to sleep!

LO's been so/so. He's going through some frustrations right now cause he can't talk yet but yet he knows exactly what he wants. So he just grunts and fusses a lot until we figure out what he's trying to tell us. But otherwise, he's good.

RJ has been SUCH an angel lately. Every day I look at him and I unashamedly think "he's the best kid ever!" He does still have his temper tantrums but they're so much more easily managed now. I think he's also gotten a lot more attached to us, maybe more than he has been in his entire life, because when we leave he calls out for us-- "mommy!! daddy!!" which he has never done before. He's so funny and loves to play and will actually follow directions now-- eat your dinner, drink your milk, clean up your toys, bring mommy her book, turn off the light, brush your teeth, wash yourself, etc. This has been such an amazing change from before. I know they go through phases and soon he will be in a devilish phase again for sure, but I can't help but thoroughly enjoy this angel phase!!!

Olive has been wonderful! During the day at least... she's still not sleeping through the night.
Charlie is definitely being a devil.

@autumnlove: how old is your LO? my LO hates to nap but i have accepted it now that she is almost 2. she sleeps well at night so i don't mind about the napping anymore but it was sucky at first.

@Andrea: only 3 months! She no longer naps after nursing in the morning or early afternoon. By mid afternoon, she has a meltdown!

@autumnlove: aww, so itty bitty. my LO was like that around that age but then she got better around 4-5 months. It could possibility be a phase.

DS has been a bit of both. His third birthday is creeping up and we didn't experience those "terrible two's" until about 2 months ago. He's a chatter box and he makes us laugh but boy, when his trantrums start up or when he isn't listening...it gets rough. Granted, he's gone through quite a few changes lately. He's fully potty trained, he sleeps all night in his big boy bed, we're prepping for his new sister and we moved back in October. So I understand his grumpiness sometimes.
