DD1, almost 4, somehow got a splinter in her thumb today. She was crying the whole time we were even talking about it! DH and I basically had to hold her down while he took it out. I even bribed with mini m&ms and screen time!

Not fun. Tragedy averted. No blood was spilled and all is right in the world again. 🙄
