Our daughter has memorized a few of the Sandra Boynton books. She likes to "read" the longer books now out loud but fudges through half of them because she forgets what happens at certain parts.

A lot of them. I'll randomly hear him reciting them to himself throughout the day. Even when he's not sitting and reading them.
My mom says I used to memorize the books on record, and then would sit and just read the books to myself. She swears it's how I became such a good reader at a young age.

Yes, she can do Going on a Bear Hunt, Mister Magnolia and Hairy McLairy from Donaldson's Dairy now.

Yes she memorizes all of them! Right now in heavy rotation are Daniel Tiger and I'm a Big Sister.
