DH has a strong dislike for the cat that I have had for 5-6 years. Yes he gets on the counters, table, furniture, and just about any place you can think of...to me that's what a cat does. I am very allergic to cats and have considered getting rid of him just to ease the troubles but he is my baby.

We can't have pets in our current place, but I'm getting a cat when we move. I like long haired cats but my husband hates them... we'll see who wins that battle! lol.

Getting rid of the cat or getting rid of DH? lol.
DH knew how i felt about my cats. non-negotiable fur babies 
He doesn't hate them, but doesn't love them. But he pets on them and takes care of them for me if I'm not around, and he'll bring them to me if i ask. I think he gets a kick out of how excessively they gravitate towards me
