I think only once when I slept over after a late girls' night. He's completely capable of it, there just haven't been opportunities. At least for the toddler, I don't think I'd be comfortable leaving the newborn with him overnight yet (just because I'm breastfeeding and she clusterfeeds from like 1-6am every night.

Nope. Never. It would be rough for him but I think he would do fine. Everyone would survive. DH has school and work so he isn't the primary caregiver.

No, but now that she is weaned completely and well is one, maybe I should
He is great with her so I have no doubts

Nope! If I ever went somewhere overnight, DH would probably be with me.

Nope, never! I know he could handle K no issues, but I don't know if he would wake up when the baby cried or not.

Yes, multiple times.. they were just fine. However, the first time when DD was only about 6 months he couldn't get her to go back down after her MOTN feeding so they were up for few hours during the night. It was a Thursday night and he ended up calling off of work the next day I got home at about 10 am and he was whooped.

Nope. The most he's watched DS was a few hours (like 4 hours maybe) when I went to dinner with the girls for a girl's night in/out kinda thing. I'm know he can though since we've been co-sleeping. Ha!

He had DD for two nights while I was in hospital having her baby brother. He hasn't had the baby by himself though.

Just once for one night. He was about 9 months and STTN so it wasn't too hectic for DH. He definetly has to turn the volume up on the monitor whereas I pretty much always sleep with one eye open

I work day and night shifts so he has done lots of overnights, a few bedtimes when I was crashed before my shift. No weekends away or the like with both yet but I have no doubt everyone would survive! I think a weekend away needs to be in the books once DD weans though!

I just got back from my first trip away, so dh was just for the first time watching her overnight for a week
