Poop diapers usually don't bother me but last night was a different story. We usually use liners but I've been lazy about them since my LO goes #2 so infrequently. That was a mistake...I had to use a putty knife and I gagged while I scraped off the sludge!
So gross...

Hahaha!! No, I haven't had any yet. I don't think I've needed to use the sprayer since she started solids - it's been so nice!! The newborn poops are going to be so weird to me again!

Although, I was using a sposie one day because I had slacked on my wash cycle, and she had the WORST poop I've ever seen in my life. I surely would have thrown away the CD if she was in one. So, very thankful for that happy accident!!

There was one the other day that caused me to curse the day I decided to cloth diaper.

There was a period of time where all her poops smelled like chicken Ramen and I gagged every time I had to change one. I don't mind it though.

Ugh when my morning sickness is acting up it really gets to me. Sometimes I leave them for DH when he gets home!

That example is why I couldn't sell Dh on cloth diapering.

Yes! It happens almost everytime he poops in a cloth diaper. His poop is super soft and even a liner doesn't contain it all. I've thrown out two CDs over the 20 mos we've been using them because I just couldn't deal.

Yes. The combination of diarrhea combined with first trimester nausea and a broken sprayer almost did me in. We used disposables for about a week after that.

Only when E had diarrhea, it was BAD. Would've been bad no matter what. I threw that whole diaper in the wash for two rinse cycles. Lazy with the liners would be trouble for us!!!

Dealing with a sick toddler with diarrhea has almost done me in. Also our PUL is failing so we've had leaks through the seat. Bumming out big time over here on CDs.

Yeah. My daughter started objecting to cloth at about 20 months, and I was so sick of it by then that I didn't mind. I'll do it fire another baby, but I may stop when the poop gets real.

Forgot liners this AM when I took S to my parents'. I didn't wish I didn't cloth diaper but it sucked to clean up. Yuck!

Oh, absolutely. Luckily liners make things way easier, but even still - sometimes there's a poop that goes off the liner and I just want to weep

Nope! Poop doesn't seem to bother me much anymore. The newborn poops didn't require rinsing because I breastfeed and they've been pretty easy since we started solids. We don't even use a diaper sprayer. If we have a yucky one, I just use toilet paper, wipe it off, throw it in the toilet and go no my merry way!
