LO is allergic to egg whites, soy, wheat, sesame, and peanuts. We're looking at changing our entire lifestyle. However, LO will be turning 1 in 2 months. I would love to bake him a egg/gluten free cake. I'm not even sure if it's possible.

Have anybody tried the Thomas Keller Cup4Cup flour. Do you recommend it? Do you have any wheat/egg free recipes for cakes?
