I just got tested and my Vitamin D level is a 26.5... according to the email I got with my results, my levels are supposed to be 32.0-100.0 ng/mL.

This could help explain my feelings of tiredness/fatigue, although I always figured that was just b/c of the kids. Anyway on my doctor's recommendation, I'm starting Vitamin D supplements asap (and will eat more foods rich in Vitamin D and try to get more sunlight, though that's hard in this weather).

From what I understand, it's pretty common to become deficient in Vitamin D... especially since I'm not outside in the sun that much and don't drink much milk or OJ:

Hopefully the supplements help! I read that it can take 6-12 months to fully recover from a Vitamin D deficiency... man what I would give to have more energy!
