Sometimes I think so... other times I'm not so sure. Jury is still out.
Have you been true to your childhood dreams?

No, when I was a child I wanted to grow up to be an attorney (I'm not) be childless (I'm not--as a child, I disliked other children) and I wanted to always wear heels and highlight my hair (both I gave up after having children). But I'm okay with all of that and I love my children more than I could have ever imagined! Oh and my kiddos are way better than the babies and children I was around back then, and after having my own, I love other people's children too.

Yes although slightly different. I wanted to work with marine mammals and I did for awhile. I also wanted to be a teacher and I was until I became a SAHM.
When I was a kid I don't think I had four kids so close together in my plans. I used to think I would have 2 so that's a little different.

Not really... I wanted to be a doctor SO BADLY. Eventually I felt like I had to choose between a medical career and having a family so I chose to have a baby instead.
I did always want to be a writer as well and publish/illustrate children's books and I just haven't bit the bullet and done it. I still want to!

I wanted to be a doctor, but I didn't follow that childhood dream. I am totally fine with that, though! I think everything has turned out way better than I imagined as a child. So far anyway!

Hmmm....I didn't have too many dreams when I was a kid. I figure I can live out the smaller ones through LO....hahaha! Maybe not. ;D

I wanted to be an artist. Majored in art and I haven't done anything creative since college.

I dreamt of being a mommy so that dream will come true any day. As far as professionally, I love my job, but I don't think kids dream of working at an investment bank : )

Yes. I only really wanted two things, and I've never fallen away from pursuing those things.
I never expected anything as far as my personal life. DH and our life together have always felt like great gifts to me, WAY better than anything I could have dreamed up!

I've accomplished parts of it. Just need to publish a book or two and get my doctorate and I'll be set!

Kind of. I knew I wanted to go to college but my professional aspirations changed often as a child. Attorney, psychologist, were two that I recall.
I'm a CPA now, so I'm not too far off. Lol, I never dreamed of being an astronaut or firefighter or anything heroic.
I did always say I'd have a basset hound and I do! My husband got him for me as an "I'm so proud of you for passing the CPA exam!" present He's my baby, lol and in for a huge shock when LO gets here!
Maritally, I never dreamed I'd get married so young. I hit the jackpot with the first man I ever dated

I have no idea. I honestly don't remember what I wanted to be when I was younger! I'm quite happy with my life though!
