I'm totally NOT a crier. Felt really overwhelmed and sad today so I started crying during LO's dinner..
She thought it was funny at first, then scrunched up her face and almost started crying too. 
She then reached her arms out and gave me hugs.
I love my daughter so much.

Awww, so sweet! Hope you feel better! I cried a lot in front of my LO the first month...she obviously didn't notice!

Ive cried more times than id like in front of lo. Often because I have a bad migraine so I'm overwhelmed with having to take care of her and I'm in so much pain. And I was holding her during my grandmas funeral service and I was full out bawling, big tears were dropping on her head until my mom took her from me. She's too little to get it, she just keeps on doing what she's doing.

At 10 months, LO can sense my sadness. Every time I've cried while holding her, she would ultimately start crying so loudly. It breaks my heart every single time.
Today, she was playing by herself and I was laying on the ground and I pretended to be sleeping. I just closed my eyes and didn't move a muscle and LO crawled towards me and started whimpering on my chest! I think she thought I was dead or something!

I have, kind of a lot during this pregnancy. I hate doing it because I don't want him to worry so I try to hold it back. He's never cried when I've cried, he's rubbed my back and told me "it's alright mom" then he wipes my tears away like I would do for him.
Anyway, I hope you feel better!!

Well, LO is only 3 months, so not yet. although it was funny/sad the other day I was nursing him, I hold him in the football carry position so we can clearly see each other's faces, I yelled for my husband and it scared LO so bad he got a whimpery face and started crying with milk dripping down the side of his chin. It was so sad I had to keep apologizing to him!!

I was watching a Netflix show on a tough night with my LO. I was bawling my eyes out when one of the main characters was killed. He just started cuddling with me and stopped being a pain in the rear.

the only time charlie saw me crying was at the hospital when i was in labor with olive! he kept saying, "mommy's crying." so mr. bee had to take him out of the room and i was by my lonesome laboring while waiting for my epidural!

The other night the toddler was in bed with us (very uncommon occurrence) and I had one of my crazy pregnancy dreams and it was sad and I woke up crying. I just heard this little baby voice, "mama?" and then he went back to sleep but it was so sweet it just made my heart explode.

LO has seen me cry on many occasions (she's been to 3 funerals in her 2y of life; the first when she was 6w old). She usually gives me a hug/cuddles me.

I'm not really a crier so I haven't cried in front of my LO. But I have a loud voice sometimes (ok, a lot of times) and he'll cry sometimes if I start talking really loudly. I guess he thinks I'm yelling at someone.

@chopsuey119: Yeah, pregnancy hormones are cuhrazy! I remember playing cards with my husband one night and he did this trick on me and I started bawling. He was like "Wut the?? It's part of the game!" but I thought he was being mean and evil and deceitful. hahaha. Looking back, it was so lame. But seriously, it's cause of the hormones!

When I was pregnant with DS, DD saw me puking and crying a lot; I was so miserable. She was so sweet, though. She'd stand next to me and pat my back and say, "Ok, momma." She's a little sweetie.
