Ummmmm not completely but the StatWars party I did for G did have the same food labels (only etsy dealer I found that made them.
I wanted to steal @zippylef April Showers theme she considered.... It's just too cute!
Honestly though even if you ripped it all I'm sure some things would still come out different.
