Luckily it still works and the majority of the crack is in the upper corner. So annoying.
Has anyone got their screen repaired? How much did it cost?

DH cracked his screen and the back. He spent about $50 online and fixed it himself. He got a little kit that included the tools.

Yes! Dropped it and a small crack from the edge to the home button. It wasn't worth getting fixed and it's still going strong two years later

Mine was cracked soooo bad for almost an entire year until I could upgrade. You can buy the kit online to do it yourself, but I was scared I would do more harm then good. Almost all malls have kiosks that will do it for you but it costs $75-100

My DH dropped and cracked his, but the repair was free! Apparently there are certain stress points that if the phone cracks in that particular place, it's covered by Apple under the manufacturer's warranty!

Twice. E smashed it on the corner of the bed frame. Spider-web crack all over, not really something I wanted to/could deal with for a long period of time.
I paid like $100 at a mall kiosk each time (phone warranty wouldn't have covered anything). I debated doing it myself, but read that it was a huge PITA, even if you know what you're doing. Good news: the second time I was there the woman told me if I have to come back a third time that I'll get a discount, lol!

Twice. Once I dropped it on the slate floor in my gym lobby, the other time DD threw it. Fortunately living in HK, there are all sorts of little under the table places that will fix it while you wait for about $50.
