I've donated to many shelters and to friends raising money.

There was a mom in a local group message board I'm apart of and I found out she recently passed away due to cancer. Some of her friends set up a scholarship for her young daughter and someone posted it on the message board. I was thinking about giving because I know what it feels like to lose a parent to cancer.

Just wondering if you ever donated to someone you didn't know
