Only friends, not so much guys. Although.. once I was over someone I didn't call as much, never saw them, etc. Then we'd have "the talk"

To a "friend" in HS. He had a crush on me all through out grade school. He was a nice guy, but I had zero feelings for him. He'd call periodically and we'd conversate for a bit, but I started avoiding his calls my second year in college. Haven't heard from him since.

Not with a guy, only with friends.

There was this one girl who was on a trip I went on, there was like 100 kids, and my sub group of 25 people were the ones I hung out with. I never talked to this girl on the trip. But she FB friended me after the trip. I was like ok what the heck I kinda remember her. but then she would message me, IM me and write on my wall all the freakin' time. It got sooo annoying I eventually disable facebook chat and have never put it back on since haha. When I unfriended her, she figured out right away and I had a friend request again. After a year of denying her request she finally got the hint.
