I bought matching dresses for my LOs from a seller on Ebay. He sent me a tracking number and according to the info on USPS, it was delivered on Saturday but I never received it. I was actually outside and I talked to the mail delivery person that day..so it wasn't stolen off my porch. Maybe it was delivered to the wrong address?
Is there any chance that I can get refunded if the package never shows up? Or am I outta luck?

I have! I won an item and paid for it; guy never sent it. I opened a case and they refunded my money.

Yes, I left negative feedback and then began receiving threatening phone calls from the seller. 36 calls over 24 hours (straight).
I have never since used ebay! He threatened me out the wazoo, sent me a letter from his lawyer, and ebay really couldn't do anything. I on principle think it's insane you can't leave feedback that is your actual opinion and not be protected (somehow?) by ebay. So knowing that I don't trust feedback and don't take my money to that site any longer!
I was just honest that the seller was a bit of a creep (I didn't say that directly, lol) and made me feel uncomfortable when we arranged to meet to get concert tickets. My DH was with me, the seller literally walked out from behind bushes at a fuel station and then asked us for a ride to the venue after meeting, it was just all so weird.

@Beebug: oh my word! I can't believe that! I have no real input here as I don't really use EBay, but I just wanted to say that is insane. That would scare me off from using the site for sure.
