Yes. I've done both. I've been in 28 weddings, so sometimes because of swimsuit tan lines it was necessary with bridesmaid dresses.

@junebugmama: omgggggg do you have a closet full of bridesmaids dresses?

I've fake baked in one of the spray booths, but not by a person spraying me. I've never real tanned though & don't have any intentions to in the future.

I've gotten a spray tan twice before - once for my wedding and once for a wedding I was in.

@chopsuey119: I actually have sold or donated most of them. I have kept 3 of them, which I could actually wear again (even though they all thought that of course). At one point I did have 19 hanging in the closet. It was bananas!
I wore the same dress in 3 separate weddings but in different colors. That situation always bothered me a bit lol.

@junebugmama: you;re a real life katherine heigel! I forget the name of the movie she was in!

@chopsuey119: 27 dresses. All of my friends giggled when it came out.

I've never gotten any sort of artificial tan. I wear lots of sunscreen, do normally I don't even get regular tans.

No, I either want to tan naturally or have no tan.

My friends all got married in Sept/Oct and had strapless dresses for our bridesmaid dresses, so I had plenty of spray tans to cover up my big ugly suntan lines!

No tan for me. I used to do the tan that you put on yourself that's crazy uneven, before spray tan existed. But since than ive accepted my pasty white skin.

Yes. Both bed and spray.. Ugh, it makes me sad to think about what torture it will do to my skin in the future (the bed tanning, that is).. I just heard a recent statistic that fake baking makes you 90% more susceptible to skin cancer (that may not be the exact percent, but I remember it being an astounding number).

I've done spray tan twice... once for prom and once for a wedding I was in a couple years ago. Otherwise, I'm stark white like a BFN.

I used to go to the tanning bed before I knew better! I don't anymore. I have gotten several spray tans though. I love them! If you learn how to prep your skin and then take care of it during, they can last a while and (in my experience) look natural! If I had the money, I would have one constantly!

I really enjoy a good spray tan. I'm totally over laying out like I did in high school, but sometimes I just love a touch of colour. I've never done the booth kind, only ever the person spraying you.

I had it done one time. I think it looked ok, I don't really remember. I'm not self conscious about being fair skinned anymore, so tanning isn't something I spend money on.

I've done the booth kind twice. I didn't like it all so I've just accepted that I'm white and don't care about being tan.

I've never done a spray tan, but have always been curious. The fear of being streaky and orange always makes me back out at the last minute...

I have never tanned in my life. Not in a bed, not as a spray, and not naturally either. I am just pasty white, and that is ok with me.

I used to fake and bake all the time, then I switched to spray tans after getting a mole removed. I was never streaky or orange! But there are tricks you have to implement to make it look good--i.e. keep your skin moisturized and exfoliated, use primer stuff beforehand, make sure to rub the excess spray off and pay special attention to your finger and toe crotches or they will be orange/brown. Also, keep in mind that it does rub off on light colored clothing! And if you get a good pedicure, your tan will rub off from the knee down.

I got a spray tan for the first time last month. My ritual the second I get home from work is to jump in the shower and I didn't think twice about it that night. Needless to say, once I saw the brown dye washing down the drain I knew I was screwed. I stayed streaky for about 3 days.
