We traveled with our gluxe and travel bag and the kickstand was damaged in flight. I've opened a claim with Uppababy to get it replaced!
We haven't had any other issues with our big gear purchases, but definitely have most of the big ticket items registered for recalls, etc.

We got a new carrying bag for our GoPod. That's all we've had any issue with though!

I had a contigo bottle replaced with a piece in the cap broke. The replacement broke too and I haven't gotten around to submitting for the replacement- actually doing r that now that I'm thinking of it!

I'm in the middle of getting our monitor replaced by V Tech. The monitor screen stopped charging all of a sudden. I'm not that impressed with the process or the time it takes to get a replacement. We had to pay to ship the old one back to them, and they couldn't send us a new one until they received the broken one. They also didn't have a way for me to pay for rush shipping on the replacement.

Yep, our video monitor. It was on its last month under warranty! Motorola shipped us a new one.

Our GLuxe also got damaged in its travel bag and customer service was awesome. We had a replacement in about a week.

No, I tried to get the belt clip on our Chicco backpack carrier replaced but they only support it for one year so I couldn't even buy a replacement part.

One of the leg connectors of our Phil and Ted travel crib broke so I couldn't clip it in. I requested a new leg but they sent an entire new crib within 24 hours! Awesome customer service.

@PurplePeony: @lilyann: I must have gotten the one sour grape on their team because the cust svc rep that helped me was just not friendly at all! They're sending us a box to mail it in for repair though.
