I haven't for myself but I do it for my LO all the time. Especially snacks like animal crackers. He HAS TO HAVE ONE before I get a chance to pay for it at the register. UGH.

I don't since I don't have kids and I can usually wait but the DH will open a soda before paying for it. There has been times where I went shopping and realized halfway through my trip that I forgot my wallet. I would hate to open something and realize I can't pay for it.

All the time when I was pregnant. I'd put the empty bag on the conveyor belt for them to scan.

@Maysprout: me too when I was pregnant! I couldn't wait until the checkout stand. I also find it funny when I see other people doing it... I don't know why.

Totally scarfed a bag of donuts at walmart the other day after work. I was buying stuff for dinner. I figure my belly explained why I had powdered sugar all over me when I checked out.

Yup! Usually it is a drink because I get so thirsty and I just can't wait.

Not unless I'm literally dying of thirst or hunger. I hate paying for an empty bottle or bag. Lol
