I did, once! I found a larger size at a consignment store of something she'd owned the prior year. I got it intending to do now/then pics, but never did.

A couple times. Our neighbor gives us most of their daughter's clothes when she outgrows them. So she ends up with a lot the same cause we have the same taste and buy a lot of the same.

Yes, if I really like something I will size up.

All the time! I do it with shoes too. If I find something I love I'll definitely get multiple sizes.

I bought the same striped holiday tights from the gap- new last year, classifieds (from you, right, @mediagirl: ?) this year. Still love them.

But that's it so far. I've been tempted but never planned that far ahead.

Glad you found a replacement for the dress @mediagirl: ! I had a pack of onesies for B in newborn size and found them on clearance in 12 months. I loved seeing him in the same outfit at 3 months and a year. It was hard to believe he's ever get that big! If the coastal waves Tea dress came around in 2T, I'd probably get it for A. The colors were soooo perfect on her. It's definitely a fave!

Yup! If either she or I love it, I'll buy it another size up. I haven't done that for my son yet but he's only up from NB to 0-3m.. I do have some where I bought one size and my mom bought the next though. (Not on purpose.)

@mediagirl: I would buy great shoes or boots again. I feel like when I find a good shoe for DD it is a needle in a haystack!

I bought this shirt in 4 sizes. Really for pi, but Zuma gets use out of it as well! It's nothing special, just like the shirt.

I sized up with shoes for LO once.

She's currently wearing a Carter's footed onesie in the same pattern we brought her home from the hospital in. We didn't buy it (her grandmas pretty much stock her entire wardrobe) but I remember looking at it months ago thinking she could never possibly be big enough to fit into it. I should take a photo of her wearing the current 9-month one sitting next to the newborn-size one.
