Did it for the first time about a month or two ago. I broke it up into bite sized pieces.

All the time! I roasted green cauliflower with chickpeas the other night to use in tacos. I always break it up and season it... So good!

I do broccoli all the time. Broken into pieces, when done hit it with parm cheese and lemon juice.

Yup! Olive oil and this South African spice blend I have. YUM!

Break it up. The smaller the pieces, the crispier/"roastier" they will get. Top with olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic, and even parmesan. YUM!

Yes! So good. I broke it up and put some olive oil and everyday seasoning from TJ's.

I usually break it into pieces, but you can also cut it into slices and make "cauliflower steaks" out of it. http://www.thekitchn.com/recipe-cauliflower-steaks-recipes-from-the-kitchn-195541. I've never done the "steaks" at home but I've had them at restaurants and they're good!

Yes! It's my favorite. I break it into florets. I could eat a whole head of roasted cauliflower with grated parm cheese on it LO loves it too! I also make a good roasted cauliflower and leek soup, like potato leek but healthier!

Break it up and toss with olive oil, smoked paprika, and cumin. So delicious!

@mediagirl: i break it up, steam it a minute then toss it in egg and sprinkle breadcrumbs and olive oil. goes in the oven, comes out as an easy and yummy lunch. goes with a yogurt dip. my favorite lunch!

Smaller pieces. I buy the bagged ones from Costco and toss them with olive oil and steak seasoning. So yummy!

@Ginabean3: not kidding when i say its my favorite. don't overboil cauli, the rest is a breeze.

I cut it into pieces first, it cooks better that way. Really good roasted with raisins! Now that you've reminded me, I've got to try this again!

I gotta get onto this... mmmmm cauli. my standard cauli is steamed and covered in olive oil, lemon and salt. for some strange reason a few weeks ago there must have been a cauli storage as the prices skyrocketed (i'm talkin $9 a head!) but its back down to about $2 now so I need to get some.

This cauliflower cheese recipe is so so good! http://smittenkitchen.com/blog/2014/10/cauliflower-cheese/ - it's like a low carb mac n cheese. I like to break the cauliflower up smaller than the recipe though.
