WOW! I've never won a giveaway! I don't really enter many though.

Yep - obvs from the other thread :), I started in college and consider it a part-time job. I won my biggest prize ever this year - $10,000 from CBS/Survivor! It definitely helps to pay our bills, I focus my time & energy on cash, gift cards, or stuff we would already buy or that I can sell easily.

@cocobee that is so cute!! i like the military vibe from it. and yes! I enter off slickdeals.net 's contest forum, and sweeties, and have never had any spammy issues.. that was the best email ever to get

Wow! $10k is a huge prize! Though taxes took away a huge chunk I'm guessing. I won a laptop through a contest at work. I had to pay the taxes though and it ended up being about $250.

I once won a $1000 gift card to the grocery store of my choice. I chose Walmart. It came at the most needed time, too. I was paying off my credit card and had very little money to play with. I was able to use that for household items and food and put extra towards my card.

I do believe that things happen for a reason. That certainly did.

@mediagirl: Our dentist had a thing to try to get people to like him on facebook. I didn't bother trying..... I didn't even know what a kindle fire was so I didn't care, nor did I want to like my dentist on facebook. Now I'm the only one who uses the kindle

The best thing I won was an all expenses paid trip to Las Vegas. We had limo transportation, a luxury suite at Caesars, $500 dining credit and Spa Treatments.

Yep! We won tickets to see The Killers in London last month. We've won a couple others, but I can't think of them off the top of my head.

I enter to win cloth diapering stuff all the time. lol

Years ago I won a pair of snow shoes. I think that's it, though!

ETA- I convinced myself that I would win the HGTV dreamhome this last time because it was in the same town where my parents live. I was so diligent about entering each day, too. Sadly, no HGTV crew showed up at my house telling me I won. Boo!

I won a suitcase at a bridal show once.
I desperately wanted to win a Stokke giveaway last month for the crib, changing table, and high chair! But I didn't.

I won personal training sessions!

@sunny yep, they will. I track all my wins year round - that is why I always cringe/wonder when someone wins like.. $3,000 worth of jeans or a movie premiere for 500 people. I can't imagine paying the taxes is worth it, LOL!

@MediaNaranja my husband bugged me SO MUCH about entering for that one, LOL. I think I read it is one of the most highly entered sweepstakes of all time. But hey, maybe next year someone has to win right

@arden Stokke seems to run frequent giveaways - you could set up a google alert for "stokke + giveaway" and "stokke + enter to win" and get notified if any others pop up!
