Yup! I wore mine to my company's annual black tie event that was a few months later. I added a cute rhinestone belt to dress it up a bit more. Then I spilled red wine all down the front of me... oops.

I've never been a bridesmaid! All my friends either eloped, had no bridal parties, or aren't married yet. Eventually I guess I'll be in my sisters wedding, and my younger SIL said she wants me in her wedding but she doesn't even have a SO yet.

Yes! I have a black one that's above the knee (so basically a LBD). That's the only one though, I have many others I haven't worn again!

I"m beyond thrilled that all of my bridesmaids wore theirs again. Also, my SIL has gotten some use out of one that she was in. It was from JCrew so I think that helps.

Nope! I rented one and donated the other, definitely too formal/BM/Satin/Boning/Long/etc.

In theory i could wear a couple of them again, but i never have. I dont have a whole lot of opportunities to get *that* dressed up, and when i have it feels weird to. They arent dresses i would have picked for myself, so i tend to pick somethong more my own style.

I have, a few times, but they were never my dresses. Well, not really. I wore my sister's bridesmaid's dress from another wedding, I wore my SIL's bridesmaid's dress from my wedding (it was just a black dress) and my friend wore one of my black dresses in my wedding, and I wore it before she did and after as well, so I think that counts.

I wore the dress my sister wore at my wedding to her wedding. And for my Halloween costume

Nope. Only because my dress needs altered. I know all my girls were able to wear theirs again.

Kinda - out of the 7 BM dresses I have, I have wore one more than once. For a costume party. It wasn't a bad dress at all, but it was the closest I had to a man men style dress.
My other dresses have been fairly cute for the most part, but the thing is, even my cutest bridesmaid dress isn't as cute as a cocktail dress I picked out on my own.
As far as I know, none of my bridesmaids have reworn their dresses from my wedding either.

I've never been a bridesmaid.
Funny story though. One of my BM's got her dress from a thrift store (actually I got it from there for her for about $20). My other bridesmaid wore her dress when on a cruise with her boyfriend. When I picked out the dresses, I told them tea-length, teal, alfred angelo satin.

Never. Every single bridesmaid dress I have ever had has screamed "Bridesmaid!" because they've all been that shiny, thick polyester satin material.
But I'm going to be a bridesmaid in March and we get to pick our own knee-length navy dresses, yippee! So I will pick one I can wear again.

I will wear the one from my sisters wedding! I haven't been anywhere yet where I needed a nice-ish dress yet (it was only a few months ago) but I love the dress and it's a soft material that def. doesn't say "Bridesmaid!"

Nope, but my bridesmaid definitely did. Her sole instructions from me were to look good, and she did! I never really understood the practice of telling grown women what to wear.

Nope.
One year my poor sister had to be in three weddings. All three brides picked the same chiffon dress in different colors. She had to buy the same awful dress 3 times.

I have been in 7 weddings and have never been able to rewear a dress. I hope the one I was in last Saturday ends my run as bridesmaid. This last one was a doozy.

Nope! I've always had the best intentions to, but I love dress shopping too much and the dresses I pick for myself are always more appealing to wear. I finally donated all of them before we moved.

I haven't, but my bridesmaid dresses were people just picking their own black dress of any length, so people used dresses the already had or bought dresses they wanted. So they have reworn those dresses, and wore them prior to as well.

Oh my, never. But when I think bridesmaid, I think pastel Alfred Angelo.

I wore my bridesmaid's dress from my best friend's wedding to attend another friend's wedding a year later because I really liked it! It was a long, red spaghetti strap satin dress with a swooped neck at the cleavage area. It was too pretty to wear just once. I haven't been able to fit it in recent years so it's just taking up space in the closet yet wish I could fit it again! The 4 other bridesmaid dresses just screams the "bridesmaid look" so they have been worn only once. I wish I was good at sewing so I could alter the look of some of those dresses.
