I just did it last night. Normally we're so ahead of the game on taxes, but I was so busy. Our return was so small compared to last year - guess that's what happens when mama gets a job

Filed them this week and getting about half of what we did last year - boooo! But every little bit helps since I'll only get paid for 3 of the 12 weeks on maternity leave.

Finally got to it this week. My husband did the lion's share of the work and it's so good to be done. We just realized that we actually could have claimed more of a deduction in one area so we may need to amend, but we'll deal with that later. Every. Penny. Counts.

Yup, got our refund in 10 days and that was with a federal holiday in the middle of it. Super quick!

Just finished them up this morning. Same as many too, we only got back about half of what we usually do this year.

We were in on Thursday but we still have a few more documents to get to her. She thinks we'll owe fed but get back some from the state. I'm wondering why when I put the numbers in to TaxAct it said we were getting double last years return..

Yep filed about a month ago and already got back our return. We're using the money to help pay for our bathroom remodel and trip to Mexico!!

Yep! We filed last month and got our return really fast. We got less back this year, too--because my husband graduated from graduate school and started working!

I sent all our documents and info to our accountant about 2 weeks ago, I think she's still working on it!
