Last pregnancy and this pregnancy I've gotten these coupons (this time it's gift cards) for free nursing pillow, carseat canopy, sling and nursing cover. I imagine every expecting mom has gotten these. They seem to be from the same people.
Have you gotten any of them? Are they any good? I'm not so interested in the nursing cover, but they other 3 things could come in handy...if they're good quality.

I love the car seat canopy and we used it all winter. I got the sling but haven't used it at all yet. Not sure if I will.

I got the car seat cover and nursing cover. I still have 5 weeks before baby gets here so I haven't used them....but I got them at a recommendation of a friend who uses the car seat cover all the time.

I got all three, highly recommend the car seat canopy, it was nice and thick, we used it all winter! I got the sling, only used it a couple times, not my favorite, and didn't care for the cover, I used my other one instead.

A friend of mine got me the nursing cover, carseat canopy and nursing pillow. I have yet to try them out; however, the carseat canopy seems to be quality - it is lined in minky fabric. I compared the nursing cover to my Hooter Hiders brand nursing cover and it seems comparable. As for the nursing pillow, it is significantly smaller than a Boppy but larger than a travel neck pillow. I don't know how well it'll work for nursing considering the smaller size...might be better off using it as a "donut" pillow for post-partum comfort/healing?

I got the carseat canopy and the BF cover. Haven't used them yet (soon!) but they seem to be decent enough.

The canopy and the nursing cover are great. I got the sling and its not worth it. They didnt have the pillows when I got the codes... I want a "free" nursing pillow!

where are you getting these coupons from? i like free stuff, haha! my insurance company just sent me a free copy of the mayo clinic guide for filling out a prenatal survey which I was pleasantly surprised about, but I haven't gotten anything about any of these other things...

@nana87: Everywhere! They were in my BBB registry bag, Destination maternity catalogs, in every mail order I received from motherhood or a pea in the pod, and in pregnancy mags.

@nana87: Have you registered yet or bought anything at motherhood/desintation maternity? Babies R us, Buy Buy Baby, and Motherhood all gave me free gift bags with decent stuff in them - coupons, samples, bottles, travel wipe case, pacifiers. I either got the free sling/cover/canopy coupons in one of those bags or they were mailed to my house shortly after

I use the cover every day, pumping at work. And I got the sling, but didn't really like it. That could be because I think I might have ordered too small, though.

Still have the carseat cover in the packaging, never used it! Loved the sling's for early, early day's, but now that I know more I think there are WAY better options I plan to utilize for #2. Loved the nursing cover!

I have the nursing pillow. As a nursing pillow it sucks- too small and squishy. But I have the Brest friend which isn't good for propping the baby up in like the boppy is, so I use it for that. So for me it was worth the $10 in shipping as a baby propper. If you have a boppy don't bother.

I got the feeding pillow. It's too small and didn't fit around me in early pregnancy, so I use it as a belly propper at night.
