The Starbucks near me just started offering chocolate croissants. OMG I think I've died and gone to pastry heaven. They warm it up and it's all flaky and chocolatey and delicious. It's a good thing they didn't offer them while I was pregnant cause I am certain I would have had one every day. Have you tried one?

Eeeeeeew! That sounds terrible. But if you say it is good, maybe I'll try it? I have LO as my meal finisher if I dont love it.

@lawbee11: oooooooooh! Oh. I was imaging like an actual chocolate croissant and thought that I did not want a fluffy, buttery chocatey thing. But that looks good! I like them fruit stuffed, so chocolate stuffed seems good:)

I discovered them while pregnant and had to at least get them once a week. So delish!
Trader Joes has frozen chocolate croissants that taste about as good FYI.

Nope. I generally dislike Starbuck's baked goods. They always taste kind of over processed and stale to me, and we have much better real bakeries nearby.
But chocolate croissants in general, delish.

Yes; it's pretty good for a chain pastry. They are more commonly called Pain Au Chocolat around here at local bakeries and they are so dang delicious!!
I feel like Starbucks has really stepped up its pasty game; their stuff used to be so gross and cardboard flavored; but now it's not bad! I still don't love their coffee
