I got my hair highlighted for the first time in 3 years today. I went to a new colorist for me and it came out pretty. It was expensive too, but I am willing to pamper myself and splurge on my hair.

The issue? I feel like major parts of my hair is missing highlighting. I got half a head of highlights, but she focused around my face. Past the very front along my part wasn't touched and I feel like it should have been.

I'm debating calling the salon and asking the colorist to finish the highlighting job... But I've never done this. I've never complained about my hair or asked a stylist to fix it. Have you? Am I over reacting?
