Not too recent, but before lo #2 came I bought an ergo and sold my Bjorn. Best decision ever.

Sophie the giraffe...but I haven't had the chance to try it out, yet.

@stargal: the purple one?
@Smurfette: which ones did you buy?!
GOLD / wonderful coconut / 33402 posts
@autumnlove: 2 kinds of cheap Target ones, Nubi, and Munchin. Tried the Munckin it doesn't leak but it is so hard to suck it and get anything out. She can't do it.

Well, a friend of mine is having a baby, and I've now got her drooling over Tula carriers. She may be making a HB inspired purchase without even knowing it

I'm thinking of buying the Foonf. I'd never heard of it before here.
Oh...and the Nosefrida!

Not yet but I'm THIS close to ordering some coobie bras!
And I wish listed sooo many items recommended here on Amazon

@Smurfette: for the munchkin, i took a pair of skinny scissors (the ones i use to cut my bangs) and snipped a little of the straw away on the inside where its basically a slit. now its a miniscule hole. still no leaks but easier to suck.

@autumnlove: yup! Love that pattern and it was dirt cheap on zuilly
GOLD / wonderful coconut / 33402 posts
@SleepyMonkey: Thank you!! Much much better now. At least DH and I think so, will see how she does tomorrow with it.

@autumnlove: yay!!!
@Silva: so I didn't try them forever because the name bugged me.. even when I read recommendations... and then I bought some.. and we love them
@ladybee: I recommend that to complete strangers at the slightest opportunity
I can't think of any recent ones... but there have been lots in the past!

@Smurfette: I am following your threads on leaky straw cups and waiting for you to recommend the best one. LOL

@scg00387: I love them... I think I'm going to sell a lot of pocket diapers when LO1 is potty trained!
I need some new covers!

@snowjewelz: I ordered 2 Coobie bras last week, after a thread about them! I don't understand the hype! I have similar, but more supportive bras like that I've found for less! Only good thing is that they can unhook in the front, so it's kind of usable as a "nursing" bra.

@shopaholic: I agree. I ordered two a week or two ago, and I don't quite get the hype. They're comfy, sure, but not too much in the way of support (and little to no lift...which is a problem when you're small-chested like me!)

@scg00387: Oh man, the name was totally holding me back too. I'm such a snob.
But I gave her some of those pouch puree things for the first time this week and she figured it out right away, and took them like a champ. I figured smoothie breakfasts are something I can make for all of us pretty quickly for all of us so we're going to give it a try.

@.twist.: The Mr Goose ones? I've seen those on here and I want them so badly!
I've wish-listed a few things, bought my Britax B-Agile based on recommendations, and tried some California Baby products.

@Silva: those doesn't work for us for smoothies - but i love this set for smoothies http://www.amazon.com/universal-BPA-Free-silicone-stretches-stocking/dp/B0084GF5P2/ref=sr_1_2?ie=UTF8&qid=1390156015&sr=8-2&keywords=eco+lid+silicone

@Smurfette: how did it go? we did that with our first munchkin and with our second, we didn't...and she was just used to sucking hard so she is able to suck up the water/milk without us cutting away part of the straw.

We just ordered a Maxi Cosi convertible car seat after reading a positive postI did a lot of other research, but this confirmed it for me. Before our daughter was born, I based a majority of the registry items off of HB recommendations!
GOLD / wonderful coconut / 33402 posts
@SleepyMonkey: She was able to use it but I guess DH cut the whole a little big cause it leaked a little when she left it on the floor. But still better then the Zoli!

I was already a coobie fan, but I ordered two more of them after the recent coobie bra thread resurrection.

@.twist.: which blocks? I'm hosting an ABC baby shower for my SIL and looking for the perfect ones.
wonderful kiwi / 23653 posts
@shopaholic: Really! I was tempted because I would like something between an actual bra & sports bra; I thought they might be good for lounging around. I might still try them out w/ the coupon codes available now!
pineapple / 12802 posts
@jessibear: @redsmarties: yes! They are the uncle goose ones, and they are spectacular. I have the traditional set, but you can get a more modern one that is cute too. And cheaper. They were so expensive for me because of shipping outside the US.

@ladybee: the nose frida! I tried to talk a pregnant acquaintance into it but she doesn't buy into it bring better than the bulb. She'll find out!
@snowjewelz: do the coobie bras give you a uniboob?
