My grandma made me a blanket when I was born. When I had my baby, the blankie became hers.

@chopsuey119: My DH gave DD "Shelly" his turtle but he's more of a "family pet" I guess I'd say...he wants any future children to also get to play with him.

Yup, my Gram made me an afghan when I was born. It's not the softest thing ever but it's in perfect shape. Unfortunately its pink and purple, so it doesn't really go with her nursery, but it will be in her closet for when she gets a little older.
Eta: oh and I have an old apple rattle that was my brothers, mine and will now be hers. -
No, but I wish I had something! My mom didn't keep any of my baby things and now she regrets it!

My DD has a stuffed teddy bear from childhood and a stuffed frog from DH's childhood.
