I booked our tickets to Los Angeles yesterday where we're going to be spending the holidays with my family.

Yep! Ordered some Christmas books for R, bought my nephews gifts this week (spreading out expenses), and DH and I have talked about time off work and when we are going go see his family.

Definitely! We don't travel for the holidays so there's no planning in that respect, but I've already started menu planning, thinking about decorations and I already bought a bunch of Christmas presents.

I have LO'S gift planned & am eyeing a few different brands/sales right now. I know that our parents/grandparents will likely receive a small family photo & a homemade treat. No idea for DH.

Yep! LO's gifts have been purchased. I made reservations for teddy bear tea 2 weeks before Christmas. Need to figure out when we're doing pics with Santa. My parents and brother will come over Christmas late morning and we'll have lunch here (no idea what I'll be making yet). Then my stepkids arrive the 26th and will be here through the first week in January! I love the holidays

Pretty much. Going to NYC for Thanksgiving. We're hosting Christmas dinner and probably brunch. Hopefully someone else offers to host eve.
. Not sure where we're doing Santa pictures because I wasn't in love with either of the first two? Going to take DD 1 on the polar express! But have to coordinate that with BIL because he gets the girls for Christmas.

I've got Thanksgiving planned. We're driving to see my family. We'll be spending a couple nights with my dad then a couple with my mom, then one in Atlanta visiting friends.
All I know about Christmas is DH's family party is on the 20th. We'll probably exchange gifts with his family that day or the next. DH and I will be home on Christmas Day. We'll probably go to his aunt's for Christmas dinner. He volunteered to be on call the week after Christmas this year so we will be sticking close to home.

My mom and I are trying new dessert recipes this weekend, which we then test on my dad. He loves this tradition.

Yes, I have my lists all made out & have started pricing options. It's going to be a low key holiday at our house too, but LO is still young enough to be excited about anything and not need BIG stuff yet.

We def are late planners... I don't start thinking about gifts till after Halloween and we don't get the tree & put up decorations till after Thanksgiving.
However everything is thrown out the window this year since I'm due early Dec... I want to decorate before Thanksgiving, and no gifts at all!

Yes! We do the same Thanksgiving meal every year, so that doesn't require much planning. I have gotten Sadie's dress though!
As far as Christmas, I've gotten all of Sadie's books for her advent, gotten her big gift from Santa, and started looking for her Christmas jammies. I've also contacted me SIL's about setting up the exchange in November, and I've started planning our annual trip to Christmastown! I'm already so excited!

I have started to make a list of what we're getting everyone, all of the other little things we have to do (shoeboxes, etc.) and we've talked about our actual plans for Christmas.
We're moving right after Christmas so I'm starting to feel a little stressed.
