Works great in Atlanta and the surrounding suburbs!

I used it once when traveling. Unfortunately the driver had such a hard time finding my hotel and it took forever to pick me up. But, I know lots of other people have had great experiences.

We used it exclusively during a recent vacation to Austin and we loved it!

We've used it numerous times in Atlanta without issue. We have a friend who occasionally drives for them too!

Use it when traveling for work and have had good experiences!

I love it! I use it uber x all of the time-- a few times per week at least. It is a solid 30% cheaper than cabs (when not surging) and so much more convenient. Huuuge fan.

We used it when in NYC last fall, especially the uber family option so that we didn't have to carry a car seat around for our almost two year old (at the time). We only had great experiences. I've never used it in LA (where I'm from), but we currently don't really have a need for cabs as it is and I don't m ow anyone here who doesn't have a car.

Taken it numerous times in Boston and have had great experiences! Even in the suburbs. We used to have to get someone to watch the monitor to pop out and pick each other up at the train station if one of us had to work late, but now a $6 Uber ride can get that person home.

I've had a couple of weird drivers (one kept asking me "which way? where is the hotel?" and I'm like 1) I have no idea, I've never been there and 2) you have a GPS in your car and 3) your Uber app is showing you the way right in front of both of us. It was weird. I rated him low.
