I'm bored. I'm pretty sure I can blame DH for our less than perfect number. We also tried to get an UBER after a concert one time that was madness and he ended up leaving us although it wasn't really our fault. That could be it too.

@Applesandbananas: Yep and you rate them too. If you get too low they might not pick you up...I guess you can even get booted from UBER altogether.

Pretty sure mine is bad...I was an accidental no-show (my phone died) and I've only used it a handful of times so that really brought it down. My last driver actually told me it was low, because after we'd been talking a bit he said, "you know, I was nervous to pick you up because of the rating, but you seem really nice!" Embarrassing...

@Mrs Green Grass: I've never cancelled and never kept them waiting! I've had drivers cancel on me. I wonder if they rate me lower for my little one. We take Uber when we are running late which was basically all of February.

4.7. I'd guess the lower ratings are due to some of my passengers. Or when we went thru an in n out drive thru that took 20 min.

4.7, and I'm positive I know which driver lowered it. She kept me waiting on a corner in Charleston for about 10 minutes in a downpour while she tried to find me...and I was probably pretty short with her after the third phone call. I also travel with my LOs sometimes, which is maybe annoying because it takes more time to get them in and out?

One time I used the Pin for the Uber driver to find my location and then when we both realized it was wrong I shot him a text and left out a digit on the addresss. Third time was the charm, but I kept him circling the area for awhile. He was very nice about it, but I knew he couldn't charge me more. When we got to my destination I slipped him a tip and rated him a 5 too.

I just cancelled this morning on a driver who's time went from 5 minutes to 10 minutes and kept changing so I'm sure it's going to go lower. Ugh.

I've never used UBER before. Dumb question, do you treat it like a taxi, and sit in the back seat?

I feel like this brings up all kind of bias issues! I am sure they would rate someone with a toddler lower! We've never ubered with LO.
