A friend of mine recently mentioned these to me and now i am curious to try it out. I am usually not big on using the microwavE but i really want to try this. Have you had a mug cake?

Yeah i heard it can be quite dry? But my friend swears by putting nutella in the center to keep it moist

@artbee: We do the cookies pretty often, and they're awesome! I did tweak the recipe some, though.

It certainly isn't perfect but it hits the spot when you don't feel like baking and really want dessert.

I've tried a few different recipes (using almond flour and coconut flour) and they're pretty good! But this also comes from someone who is a terrible baker!!

I add a pinch of salt and a little instant coffee into it. It's pretty good, especially with some vanilla ice cream.

I've also pinned a couple recipes but haven't gotten around to actually making one yet.

I have only ONE recipe that worked out but haven't made it in ages, because I found it really needed some hot fudge to "wet it up" a little and I never have that on hand anymore! They're hit or miss!

I feel like they are good if you are desperate for something sweet! I'm not a huge fan because I need frosting or whipped cream or something with cake
