D2 is 3 months old now but when she's 6 months old, I'm having to leave her for 2 days. She is (and I imagine her to be then) exclusively breast-fed from the breast. She doesn't take a bottle (but has once from DH when I had to leave in the evening).
Should I be concerned and cancel my event? Or, assume that with DH, she'll be forced to take a bottle (of pumped breast milk)?
Have you ever had to leave your EBF baby for more than a day?

Xander was EBF, but I had to return to work at 12 weeks, so he had to take a bottle. I wouldn't cancel your event if I were you, but maybe practice giving your LO a bottle (have your husband do it) so that you know when you are gone, she'll take a bottle just fine.
ETA: I left Xander for two days at 5 months. We went to a wedding. It was hard making sure I pumped enough milk to cover the two days we were gone, but he had been taking bottles fine at daycare, so I knew he'd be fine while I was gone.

I would start adding a bottle as part of your normal routine. Perhaps your husband can put her to bed every night with a bottle so that she used to it by the time you leave for your trip.

My LO always took a bottle so I didn't have quite this issue. But she was exclusively on breastmilk and I left her for several days home with dad.

My LO would not take a bottle before I went back to work, but once I was there she learned that day! I think you will be fine!

Similar to pp's, the bottle was initially a struggle when I went back to work at 12 weeks, but he got the hang of it. I would try getting your DH to offer once a day or so.

I left c for half a day when she was a little under three months. She had taken bottles before but not regularly and while I was gone she had a hard time and only had two in that entire time. So I would say to get her used to it early if you can and make it part of the routine.
I'm sure c would have taken more as she got hungry but I would have felt better if I prepared her better.

I did but LO 1 was good with bottles since she had so many from the start because BFing sucked for me the first month. She was 2.5 months and we were gone for 3.5 days.
LO 2 was never good with bottles until she started daycare at 4.5 months. I didn't try very hard to train her and I nursed FT.

We started doing a bottle around six weeks when I started working out. At first, she'd only take one from me, but now she'll take a bottle from anyone. I've never left her for more than the time I'm at work, but I imagine that at six months, she'll take a bottle, especially if you start now.
